New Training for Women's Half Marathon

Are you planning on walking or running in this fall's inaugural Women's Half Marathon? Join the YMCA for a 12 week training program and make it a better half! Your local Y will provide support, education, encouragement, accountability and lots of fun.
By participating in these groups, you will also be helping the Y to provide hope and healing by supporting Restore Ministries, a life-changing ministry of the YMCA.
YMCA Foundation Wealth Management Seminar Series
Feb 10 The YMCA Foundation of Middle Tennessee Wealth Management Series is designed to generate interest in estate planning by helping attendees to better understand various gift-planning vehicles. Through careful planning, monies that would normally go to the IRS can be redirected to provide future security for loved ones and funding for a giver's preferred charities.
This year we will be branching out to various centers to generate interest. Three seminars in March will address converting IRAs to ROTH IRAs.
